UCansteng provided the seismic/structural review of the building. The structural system consists of reinforced concrete shear walls and a core made of walls to allow the elevator installation and serves as a lateral resisting system.

The seismic analysis of the building was performed using dynamic analysis and reviewing lateral deflections to avoid clashing with existing neighbour buildings during seismic events.
