Project Overview
UCansteng provided the structural and seismic peer review of the two-story reinforced concrete structure intended to house the
offices of the Department of Cleaning and Urban Planning of the Municipality of Las Condes. The building consisted of a reinforced concrete slab system, shear walls, and moment frames.
The facades was designed in wood to merge with the surrounding forest and natural landscapes.
