Project Overview
UCansteng provided the structural design of this Mediterranean house with 2 stories and 1 basement. The structure is based on shear walls and moment frames. The house has different elevations, therefore retaining walls were necessary to make the transitions between different areas of the house.
The house has a surface of 400 square meters using concepts of natural illumination and wide views of the capital Santiago.
