Palguin Building

Building with 4 stories constructed in reinforced concrete and using shear walls as the main structural system and frames in the perimeter to allow good narural illumination. The building is supported by in a slab on ground as footing system.

 

The roof was designed as a truss metal system. An independent seismic analysis was conducted to obtain the behavior of the building under severe earthquakes and considering the soil – structure interaction.
