Perpetua Freire Building Project
Project Overview
A five-story residential building with two basement levels, constructed of reinforced concrete. The building’s structure is based on shear walls and moment frames in the perimeter. The foundation system is a slab-type foundation.
UCansteng provided independent seismic/structural review of the gravitational and lateral resisting systems, basic load cases, load combinations, dynamic analysis, and special indications for ductile design. UCansteng also provided on-site inspection services.
