Sol de Lila Solar Project

Project Overview

The Sol de Lila photovoltaic project was developed and owned by Enel Green Power Chile and has an installed capacity of approximately 161 MW and can produce 590 GWh per year, equivalent to the consumption of 167,000 houses.

The project consists of 407,400 bifacial monocrystalline photovoltaic panels modules installed over 357.7 hectares. This solar project is expected to be equivalent to a reduction of 365,000t of carbon dioxide emissions (CO2) per year.

UCansteng provided the seismic/structural peer review of the design criteria, analysis review, footing design and anchors review.
