Truck Shop El Teniente Mine Project
Project Overview
Metal structure for the maintenance of copper ore haul trucks at Codelco’s El Teniente mine. This structure houses facilities for repairs, oil changes, tire changes, and major mechanical and electrical maintenance. The structure is entirely made of steel with spacious bays for accommodating the Caterpillar trucks.
UCansteng performed the structural calculations for the connections of the main structure and all ancillary structures.
