data-widget_type=\"text-editor.default\">\n\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<p>UCansteng provided the seismic\/structural review of the building. The structural system consists of reinforced concrete shear walls and a core made of walls to allow the elevator installation and serves as a lateral resisting system.<\/p><p>The seismic analysis of the building was performed using dynamic analysis and reviewing lateral deflections to avoid clashing with existing neighbour buildings during seismic
